Go Rewards is the new home for rewards where you will soon see many of your favourite loyalty programs. In order to access and take advantage of the Ahmedi’s IGA Reward program, you will need to download the app and become a Go Rewards member.

You will need to download the Go Rewards App and create an account. Once you are registered as a Go Rewards member you will be able to register to become a member of the Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards Program. Upon completion of your membership registration, you will be given a membership account and access to a digital Rewards card.

Yes! Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards will be available at our Kandos, Molong, Gulgong, Luddenham and Stockton stores.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 dollar you spend. Each time you accrue 2000 points you will receive a $10 voucher to apply to a future purchase.

Every time you make a purchase in one of our stores you will need to scan your Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards card at the checkout in order to accrue your points. You can access your Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards card in the Go Rewards App or within your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet if you have saved it there.

You will have the opportunity to earn additional points by using ‘Boosted Offers’ in the app. To accumulate the extra points, you will need to select ‘Boost’ on the products in the Go Rewards app and then purchase them in store. The extra points will be added to your account once you have made the purchase.

Member bonuses are exclusive to Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards customers and are the quickest way to accumulate points. Members are given discounts in the form of extra points on nominated products which are added to your points balance and can be later redeemed as vouchers.

Member pricing is where the members discount is applied directly to cost of the product for immediate savings.

Yes. Purchases of smoking products, gift cards (including IGA Gift Cards, e-gift cards and iTunes), mobile recharge, delivery charges, service fees, lottery products do not accrue Loyalty Points.

Each time you accrue 2000 points you will receive a $10 rewards discount to apply as you checkout.

To redeem your rewards discount, simply scan your membership card at the checkout and let one of our service staff know you wish to use your discount when prompted.

Vouchers or Rewards Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and change will not be given if you are unable to spend the full amount.

Your points balance and available vouchers can be found within the Go Rewards app.

You will need to scan your Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards card at the time of purchase in order to accrue member points. Points cannot be added to your account at a later date.

Ahmedi’s IGA Rewards is a digital loyalty program and physical cards are unavailable.

Your card can be accessed from the Go Rewards app and it can also be added to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet.

No, sorry. Your loyalty program membership is non-transferrable and can only be used and accessed by you. Friends and family will need to create their own account.
